1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days

International:

  • Standard International Delivery: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, and external factors such as customs processing or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be applied automatically at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

5. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

6. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at velyxiashopline@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If a package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
